Yesterday we did a Homewatch visit to a newer home with hardwood floors and found a water "puddle" on the floor next to the island but not near a water source. It took some investigating but I suspect it came from the fridge while the power was out. The puddle was previously much larger but eventually dried over a few days as per a few markings on the flooring.
